Please kindly check your TV’s audio settings and audio interfaces first before setting up the connection to the soundbar.
-For audio cable connection, please make sure to plug the audio cable into a connector on your TV labeled Line OUT or Audio OUT, not Line IN or Audio IN. Please kindly note that the audio cable is connected to the TV audio output and the soundbar audio input. And you can double-click the AUX boost button on the remote control to restore the volume.
-For optical connection, please set your TV audio output to “Optical” and set the digital audio format to “PCM” (PCM is a digital recording of analog audio, and is an optional audio format in many televisions), and make sure the protective caps at the ends of the optical cable are removed before plugging it in.
Please Note:
Sound bars for TV does not support Dolby Sound and DTS, please kindly disable Dolby and DTS on your TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, HBO, Hulu, Youtube, and other streaming video apps.

Button Control
-Buttons in the top center of the soundbar:
Select or switch your connection mode via pressing the “M” button on the soundbar or the corresponding button on the remote control, the connected LED indicator in the soundbar will turn blue and the sound bar will be ready to operate.
-For better sound quality, please set the volume of the soundbar to 80 percent of maximum( Note: the maximum volume drop 2 levels is 80 percent) and set the volume of your source device to a suitable level.
Desktop or Wall Mount
The slim design and wall mountable feature saves you a lot of space and releases the most power with the smallest unit.
Remote Control
-3 equalizer modes: Music, Movie, and News modes. Use the remote control to select your favorite specialized mode for providing you a wide stereo effect throughout the room.
-Select or switch your connection mode via pressing the corresponding button on the remote control or the “M” button on the soundbar, the connected LED indicator in the soundbar will turn blue and the soundbar will be ready to play.
-Soundbar is only available for the remote control that comes with it or a learning remote control.
-The effective distance of the remote control is within 5M.
